ServiceMaster By Prime is seeking experienced cleaning subcontractors to perform kitchen, floor care, warehouse, office, and post-construction cleaning. The role offers consistent commercial work and clear pay terms, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, or day porters.

We welcome subcontractors with a valid license, reliable transportation, and cleaning supplies. Pass a background check if required by clients; long-term partnerships are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty.
• Commercial cleaning experience.
• Able to pass background check if required by clients.
• Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!
• Key areas: Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks across kitchens, floors, warehouses, offices and post-construction sites as part of Service Partner team.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning solutions and customer service.
• Maintain reliability, timeliness and professionalism on all assignments.
