Spotless Co. in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This part-time role offers 20-25 hours per week with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour. You will help keep facilities clean and safe while supporting a positive workplace culture.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Prior cleaning experience and transportation are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and schedules.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Clean and supply designated facility areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop various floor types.
• Vacuum and clean carpets; shampoo or stain removal as needed.
• Dispose of trash and disinfect surfaces as needed.
• Sanitize operating rooms and prep/recovery areas.
• Polish furniture and room accessories.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain and stock cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs to management.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Work with team to keep public spaces neat.

Hours:

20 - 25 Hours Per Week (Depending on how many hours you want!)

Starting at 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.

Schedule is fairly consistent and other facilities may be acquired upon acceptance of position.

Pay:

• Starts at $18.00 per hour

Now for the nitty-gritty..

Duties to Perform:

• Clean and supply designated facility areas
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, concrete, or tiled floors
• Use vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Properly cleaning and disinfecting of facility walls and cabinets to remove any contaminates
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting Operating Rooms and Post/Preoperating Rooms
• Sterile Cleaning
• Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Perform and track routine inspection
• Perform and track maintenance activitiesll
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Cleaner requirements:

• Ability to follow verbal directions
• Must have a high attention to detail
• Must have reliable source of transportation
• Must have good communication skills
• Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
• Organized and able to follow a schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; physically able to mop for an extended period of time; ability to lift up to 30 to 40 pounds
• Preferred knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills
