Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking experienced subcontracting Installation Crews to partner with. Crews will set up sites, perform basic to routine installations and removals, and complete tear-downs per guidelines while delivering world-class customer service.

Must have at least 3 years in window installation/remodeling, carpentry, own truck/trailer/tools, pass a background check, possess a Certified Lead Renovator certificate, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in window installation or remodeling.
• Carpentry experience.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ownership of truck, trailer and tools.
• Certified Lead Renovator certificate.
• Insurance certificates: General liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Set up work sites.

PURPOSE:

Renewal by Andersen window and door subcontracting partnersare masters at their craftandprovide superior service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures work sites are set up
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
• Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
• Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
• Carpentry Experience
• A strong focus on customer service
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools
• Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
• Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
• - General Liability - $1Million Each Occurrence
• - Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit
• - Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million PolicyLimit
