Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks experienced window and door subcontracting installation crews to partner with us. You will set up work sites, perform installations and removals, and ensure thorough site clean-up while delivering excellent customer service.

Bring 3+ years of window installation experience, carpentry skills, and own tools and vehicle. We offer weekly direct deposit, training, year-round work, and opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window installation/remodeling experience.
• Carpentry experience is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ownership of own truck, trailer and tools.
• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up work sites and ensure readiness for installations.
• Perform basic to routine window or door installations and removals.
• Tear down and clean up the job site per guidelines.
• Provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers.

PURPOSE: Renewal by Andersen window and door subcontracting partnersare masters at their craftandprovide superior service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures work sites are set up
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
• Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
• Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
• ​Carpentry Experience
• A strong focus on customer service
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools
• Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
• Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
• - General Liability - $1Million Each Occurrence
• - Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit
• - Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million PolicyLimit
