Job summary

You will prepare awards and administer subcontracts, coordinating changes with contracts administration and purchasing.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
• Select or recommend subcontractors and write subcontract packages for review and awards.
• Administer resulting subcontracts and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
