Job summary

Herb Gordon Subaru of Silver Spring, part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking skilled technicians to join our service team. Competitive flat rate $25.00–$40.00/hour based on prior brand experience & KPI bonus (average $2.50/hour).

Flexible scheduling and state-of-the-art facilities support your work-life balance. Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, diagnosing issues, road-testing vehicles, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive repair experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
