Job summary

Volvo Cars Silver Spring, part of MileOne Autogroup, is looking for skilled technicians to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. This opportunity offers competitive pay, top-tier benefits, and work-life balance within a state-of-the-art facility.

We seek candidates with 4+ years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop, ASE certifications preferred, and a valid license with clean driving history. ASE training and internal career growth are supported.

Qualifications

• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with minimal moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Document work performed on repair order.

Subaru Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
• Document work performed on repair order

Subaru Technician Qualifications:

• + 4 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
