Job summary

Martin Automotive Group's Downtown Subaru dealership is seeking a Subaru Service Technician to join our team. We require certified technicians to help diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, test components, and communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed.

Responsibilities include following warranty specifications, using diagnostic tools, and delivering quality repairs. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, weekly paychecks, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto technician experience
• Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
• Computer literate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Manufacturer certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Computer literate
