• Ability to identify and obtain needed parts.
• Strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by charging, pulling, and issuing parts precisely.
• Provide high level service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers.
• Promote sales of genuine OEM parts by identifying customer needs.
• Accurately specify parts to meet customer requirements and reduce returns.
• Maintain sales and inventory records; cost out parts on tickets and repair orders.
