Job summary

Monterey County Office Of Education seeks a Sub Site Manager for the Early Learning Program. Under supervision, you will train teaching personnel, develop curricula, and provide educational resources for staff and parents, ensuring compliance with program standards.

You will monitor centers, assist in planning the Educational Services Component, and support oversight of other service components as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field.
• Coursework in Child/Human growth and development; Child Family and community or Child and Family Relations ECE curriculum.
• Valid California driver’s license with evidence of insurability.
• Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Certification or eligibility for preschool/toddler CLASS tools within 30 days of job offer.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field Completed coursework must include, with a grade C or better, in at least one of the following core areas: Child/Human growth and development; Child Family and community or Child and Family Relations ECE curriculum course Hold a valid CCTCC Child Development Site Supervisor Permit higher Experience supervising and providing training to teaching staff Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an infant/toddler or preschool classroom Licenses and Certifications: Possess an appropriate California driver's license with evidence of insurability Possession of Pediatric First aid and Pediatric CPR certificates within 90 days of employment Certification as reliable in preschool and/or toddler CLASS tools or receive certification within 30 days of job offer
