Responsibilities

• Greet and serve every guest promptly and courteously.
• Take orders accurately and assemble cold and hot subs.
• Operate the meat and cheese slicer.
• Work the grill station for hot subs.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Keep the line, dining room, and restrooms clean.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Receive deliveries and assist with daily prep.
