LB Capital in Prescott, AZ seeks experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our growing team. You will install residential roofing systems, follow manufacturer specs, and maintain high workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

You'll collaborate with project managers to complete projects on schedule, communicate clearly with homeowners, and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. Flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities are available for the right crew.

Qualifications

• General Liability Insurance is required.
• Workers' Compensation Insurance is required.
• Current COI (Certificate of Insurance) required.
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment.
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona.
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
