Job summary

LB Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to partner with our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. You will install residential roofing systems, emphasize safety, and deliver quality workmanship on schedule.

Successful crews will operate across our service territory, coordinate with Project Managers, maintain clean job sites, and communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do

Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.

Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.

Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
