Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in California.
• Must have one (1) year of Sub-Acute experience.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shots.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, follow physician orders and coordinate with healthcare team.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as necessary and communicate care plans.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families; perform other duties as assigned.
