Job summary

Mary Free Bed Sub-Acute Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour workweek on a 7:00am–7:30pm rotating schedule. Direct care wage includes a starting rate with potential increases based on experience.

You will perform patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and clinical oversight, collaborating with LPNs, therapists, and providers to support steady recovery and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Education: Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification: CRRN encouraged; CRRN within 3 years is typical.
• American Heart Association BLS required at hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, assessments, and care planning within scope of license.
• Medication administration and clinical oversight.
• Collaborate with LPNs, therapists, and providers to support recovery.
• Coordinate safe discharge planning and family communication.
