Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to serve as a trusted advisor who helps customers select products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will collaborate with guests to discover personal style and demonstrate how Kate Spade items integrate into their wardrobe.

The role blends creative styling with strong product knowledge, driving sales while delivering a seamless checkout experience and building lasting relationships with customers across a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently with strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and ask insightful questions.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Show multiple ways to wear products and encourage new styles.

• Demonstrate brand knowledge across all product categories.
• Maintain stockroom organization and process POS transactions.
