Job summary

SIMKHAI is seeking an experienced stylist to join us for the opening of our River Oaks store in Houston. You will serve as a true brand ambassador, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for every client, curating head-to-toe looks, and building lasting relationships that bring the SIMKHAI experience to life.

With 5+ years in luxury retail and an established client book, you will drive personal business, maintain high visual standards, and engage with clients through events and daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail.
• Established client book.
• Excellent customer service, listening and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: able to work independently to drive personal business.
• Proven record of client retention and successful sales generation in a luxury retail environment.
• Availability and flexibility for weekends, holidays, store openings/closings and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client appointments and consignments weekly.

• Maintain the highest level of visual standards, and overall appearance of front and back of house.
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock area to the sales floor in a timely and organized manner.
• Remain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your role.
• Assist in other areas of the business as assigned by leadership.
