SIMKHAI is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team for our River Oaks location opening this November. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting while driving sales and managing daily operations alongside the Store Manager.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and ensure company policies and goals are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years sales experience in luxury retail.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Proven strong client book.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the overall store success by ensuring personal and store sales goals are met.
• Assists Store Manager with day-to-day management of the store and in the absence of the Store Manager, the ASM is responsible for all daily operations of the store.
• Responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales by styling clients.
• Represents the brand and ensures team members are incorporating the brand in all interactions.
• Responsible for maintaining current relationships, building new client relationships and driving store sales with excitement about our brand
• Assists with training, coaching and developing the team to achieve maximum sales productivity and hit store goals.

Job description

SIMKHAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team for our exciting new River Oaks store opening this November! This role is ideal for a passionate retail leader who thrives in a luxury environment, is driven by results, and takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences. Partnering closely with the Store Manager, the ASM will help drive sales and day-to-day operations while recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. The ASM will also play an integral role in bringing the SIMKHAI brand to life in River Oaks by maintaining elevated store standards and ensuring company policies, procedures, and goals are consistently upheld.
