Job summary

Ann Taylor in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Stylist to act as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling guidance to customers. You will share extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with styling recommendations. Collaborate with your team to achieve business goals and maintain an inviting sales floor.

You will build relationships, offer Styling Appointments, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience through available tools while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
