Ann Taylor is seeking a stylist to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering personalized styling guidance and product knowledge. You will listen to customers, recommend looks, and contribute to a welcoming, polished store environment.

You’ll collaborate with your team to meet business goals, offer tailored styling appointments, and drive loyalty through exceptional service. Part-time, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales or customer-focus experience.
• Able to work 20 hours per week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn lifestyle, needs and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards focusing on the customer.
