Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle, guiding them with confident product knowledge and creating complete looks.

You will greet guests, offer styling advice, and help build outfits while maintaining stockroom and POS accuracy. This role supports omni-channel selling and requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and peak times.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Schedule: ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and holidays.

Responsibilities
