Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to guide customers in selecting products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle, demonstrating brand knowledge and creating complete looks. You will greet guests, listen to needs, provide styling advice, and help with purchases while maintaining stockroom and POS accuracy.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
