Job summary

The Lifestyled Co. is seeking a creative Stylist & Install Assistant to support our Interior Design team in Phoenix. This part-time role blends hands-on styling with prep and coordination, helping bring our Organic Desert Living aesthetic to life on install days and shoots.

You will unload, organize decor, curate vignettes, and collaborate with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time installations that reflect the brand and design vision.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move, unpack, and organize décor, art, greenery, textiles, bedding, and accessories during installations.
• Prepare for installs by creating binders, cleaning guides, and printed design boards.
• Execute hands-on styling — arranging pillows, hanging art, curating vignettes, and refining layouts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth installations from setup to final cleanup.
• Assist with photo shoot prep, social media, and marketing styling as needed.
• Maintain accessory inventories, styling kits, décor storage, and track returns/damages.
• Communicate with designers, vendors, and contractors to meet timelines.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to support our Interior Design team and SIMPLESTYLED service through the styling and installation phases of projects. This is a part-time, project-based position based in Arizona with occasional travel.

You must be self-directed , highly organized , and possess exceptional styling skills with a refined design eye. The Stylist & Install Assistant collaborates with our design team to stage and install décor and accessories, ensuring every project reflects our signature Organic Desert Living® aesthetic.

This role combines hands-on work (install days, styling, errands) with behind-the-scenes coordination (prep, sourcing, and set-up) — helping bring our design visions to life from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the design team during installations by unloading, moving, unpacking, and organizing décor, art, greenery, textiles, bedding, and accessories.

Prepare for installs by creating binders, cleaning guides, and printed design boards.

Execute hands-on styling — arranging pillows and throws, hanging art, curating vignettes, and refining spatial layouts to align with the design vision.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth installations, from setup to final cleanup.

Maintain and organize accessory inventories, styling kits, and décor storage while tracking returns and damages.

Support behind the scenes by assisting with photo shoot prep, social media, and marketing styling as needed.

Preferred Experience:
