Supercuts offers a wide range of services including haircuts, coloring, highlights, waxing, and specialty services, using proprietary tools and techniques. No appointment is necessary, and guests can check in online or by phone.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment
• Good time management, judgment, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional communication
• Computer knowledge including POS systems and data entry
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Beauty salon experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms
• Reaching above shoulder level
• Exposure to chemicals and fragrances
• Close vision, color vision, focus adjustment
• Effective communication with guests regarding services
