Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking a Stylist in Training for a 90-day program to learn the business while delivering exceptional customer service and completing Cosmetology School training toward licensure in your state. Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced salon environment

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of the salon business and cost control by observing seasoned stylists and managers
• Greet customers and answer the phone, presenting a friendly, professional image
• Maintain salon cleanliness and follow safety standards while supporting ongoing operations
