Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, color, texture, styling, and updos.
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals through guest service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon and store cleanliness and comply with policies.
• Attend trainings to develop skills and knowledge.
