Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services (design, cuts, color, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, ear piercing).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct product demos to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and ingredients.
• Maintain attendance and professional appearance.
• Build guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail team for total-store experience.
