Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to consult with guests on their hair care needs, perform a full range of hair services, and drive service and product sales. You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with skin therapists and retail teams to deliver a total-store guest experience.

The role emphasizes professional development, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and participation in mandatory trainings. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products and services.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and salon appearance.
