Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by delivering guest service and contributing to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen with understanding of growth opportunities.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance.
