URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Stylist to help drive sales by delivering a genuine customer experience on the sales floor in Salem, NH. You will act as a brand ambassador and share knowledge to assist shoppers across all areas of the store.

The role requires strong customer service, team collaboration, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values and drive the store experience on the sales floor with an energized pace.
• Initiate conversation, share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized way.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on events and offers to enhance the customer experience with an omni-channel perspective.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, store initiatives and brand focuses.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and support shipment processes and inventory accuracy.
