• Keeps up with product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Maintains URBN Free People visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Supports shipment process to understand stock and what's new or reship.
• Adheres to safety, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability.
