Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetology professional with ability to perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and makeup applications.

• Proficient in explaining products and services to guests and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, and treatments; provide makeup applications where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service and retail sales.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and service protocols; ensure guest readiness and cleanliness.
