Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Salon Stylist to engage with guests, assess hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services while driving product sales. You will support the Experience Manager and work closely with skin therapists and retail teams to provide a total-store experience.

The role requires a cosmetology license, flexibility in scheduling, and a passion for the beauty industry. The position emphasizes client consultations, professional service delivery, and ongoing guest relationship

Qualifications

Experience with modern salon techniques and guest consultations.
Ability to perform hair design, coloring, styling and makeup applications.
Strong communication and teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos and more.
Meet or exceed weekly sales goals for hair services and retail by delivering outstanding service.
Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
