Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, styling, and extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Provide guest consultations and recommend products to complete the guest look.
• Support store events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
