• Proficiency in hair design, cuts, color, and styling techniques.
• Strong makeup application skills and ability to perform ear piercing where applicable.
• Ability to build guest relationships and sell services/products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and salon cleanliness.
