Qualifications

• Customer-facing role on shop floor providing an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on shop floor styling customers in latest collections.
• Share detailed product knowledge to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure product availability.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues while retaining loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store targets and growth.
• Greet customers and tailor approach to their visit.
