Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time on the shop floor styling customers.
• Influence customers across busy shop floors and support personal shopping.
• Support store targets and keep stores looking fabulous at all times.
• Provide product knowledge training and utilise digital tools daily.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues while preserving loyalty.
• Greet customers and tailor approach to visit purpose.
• Maintain housekeeping and observe team standards.
• Collaborate with peers and managers for continuous growth.
