Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a part-time Stylist in our Miami store. The role focuses on styling customers on the shop floor, sharing detailed product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional brand experience.

You will help maintain the store’s look, assist with stock and deliveries, and use in-store digital tools to support customer journeys. Training is provided; opportunities for progression exist within the brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly and attentive; you’ll constantly interact with customers in store to provide an exceptional experience.
• Awareness and knowledge of the AllSaints brand, style, and values; support and influence peers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time on shop floor styling customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure product availability; uphold floor sets and standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders; use digital tools to support customer journeys.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues while retaining customer loyalty and trust.
• Work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best results and greet customers warmly.
