• Acts as a brand representative, reflecting URBN values and driving an energized in-store experience.
• Initiates conversations, shares product knowledge, and offers advice to customers across all store zones.
• Uses store tech to stay informed about events and offers to enrich the omni-channel shopping experience.
• Contributes to an inclusive, people-first culture by being positive, respectful and helpful.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, shares ideas, and participates in daily meetings and store initiatives.
• Learns and shares product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Maintains Free People visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Supports shipment processes to stay aware of new and reshipped items.
• Upholds safety, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention to support store profitability.
