Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a stylist to serve as a true ambassador in our retail stores. You will wear gorjana jewelry, layer stacks, and share product knowledge to elevate each guest experience.

You’ll contribute to brand awareness, maintain store standards, and assist with BOPIS/SHIPSI while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• Love for the gorjana brand.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests proactively with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Develop expertise on collections to guide styling decisions.
• Present curated styling options highlighting intentionality and personalization.
• Maintain store standards and use POS tech for daily operations.
• Support with BOPIS/SHIPSI processes and weekly stock tasks.
