Job summary

gorjana is seeking a stylist to act as a true ambassador, wearing and layering our jewelry to inspire customers in our retail stores. You will elevate the shopping experience by sharing product knowledge and guiding styling decisions that convey intentionality and personalization.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, build brand loyalty, and collaborate with the team to maintain store standards while leveraging POS tools and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Love for the gorjana brand.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guests to create an elevated experience.
• Develop expertise in collections to guide styling decisions.
• Present curated styling options highlighting intentionality and personalization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to build brand loyalty.
• Assist with store operations and POS technology.
• Support BOPIS and in-store order fulfillment where needed.
