gorjana is seeking a stylist to act as an ambassador in our retail stores, delivering elevated customer service and presenting our jewelry with confidence. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and help customers layer looks that reflect our brand aesthetic.

You will wear gorjana jewelry, maintain store standards, assist with BOPIS/ship orders, and support leadership with teamwork and a positive, people-first approach. Competitive hourly wage and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guests to assist and create memorable experiences.
• Share passion for gorjana with guests and act as a brand ambassador.
• Curate memorable experiences and delight guests with our service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to build brand loyalty.
• Be aware of customers and manage keys to caselines per LP strategies.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate with team for best resolution.
• Occasionally de-escalate/report incidents and submit incident reports.
