Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Colorado is hiring a full-time Stylist – Barber who brings cosmetology expertise and a passion for creating confidence with every cut.

You’ll earn uncapped commission (40–55%) or guaranteed minimum wage, whichever is higher, with weekly performance rewards. Expect a busy, collaborative environment where growth and client connections matter.

At Floyd's 99 Barbershop, we don't do boring-we do bold. We're on the hunt for a full-time Stylist – Barber who lives and breathes cosmetology and turns every haircut into a confidence-boosting experience!

Unbeatable Pay

Make the kind of money that'll have your scissors doing backflips: You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 - $66/hour (yep, you read that right). Your earnings can soar as high as your skills allow!

YOUR VITAL ROLE AS OUR STYLIST - BARBER:

You'll connect with your clients, foster relationships, and make every visit an experience they can't wait to repeat. You'll use your cosmetology skills to deliver everything from classic fades to creative color, adding that "wow" factor with lather neck shaves and shoulder massages. And because our shops are always buzzing, your craft will keep evolving faster than a social media trend.

We love a go-getter who's open to flexible hours, including nights and weekends, because good hair days don't always happen 9 to 5.
