• Make the kind of money that'll have your scissors doing backflips: At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage – either way, your hustle pays off. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50‑$66/hour. Your earnings can soar as high as your skills allow!
