Floyd's 99 Barbershop – Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a full-time Barber – Stylist who blends artistry with conversation to join our team.

You''ll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climbing to 55% or a guaranteed minimum wage, whichever is higher, with weekly performance rewards.

Our crew enjoys a fun, laid-back environment with growth opportunities and nationwide locations that let your scissors travel with you.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license.
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others.

We're searching for a full-time Barber – Stylist who's equal parts artist, conversationalist, and vibe curator to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Top earnings? You bet! You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour.
