Job summary

Summary

The Stylist delivers personalized in-store and appointment-based styling to elevate Ready-to-Wear performance and the overall client experience. This role creates complete silhouettes, drives cross-category selling and client appointments, and serves as the boutique's in-store reference for style direction. The Stylist partners with store leadership and visual merchandising to support sales targets and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one styling consultations and create complete outfit recommendations across product categories.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up on new arrivals and collections.
• Drive styling-related sales, conversion, UPT and Ready-to-Wear performance in line with store targets.
• Support omnichannel services including remote selling, digital pre-orders and CRM-driven outreach.
• Act as the in-store styling reference, translate trends into wearable looks, and create local styling tools and guides.
• Train and coach Client Advisors on styling techniques and collaborate with Visual Merchandising for cohesive presentation.

Requirements
