Responsabilidades

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that fit their style.
• Create connections through in-store and digital channels to inspire and engage customers.
• Drive sales by outreach and appointment-setting during event and non-event periods.
• Follow up after purchases and invite customers to events and Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Sell across departments to gain exposure to new styles and customers.
