Aerie seeks an Associate Director of Styling to define and evolve the brand's styling identity across e-commerce, editorial campaigns, social channels, and in-person retail experiences. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional styling experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion media, or agency settings.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role managing stylists and creatives.
• Diverse portfolio showing both high-volume e-commerce and editorial styling.
• Strong sense of current market trends and digital/social consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve and execute the styling identity across all touchpoints (e-commerce, campaigns, social, editorial).
• Lead a team of in-house and freelance stylists with mentorship and collaboration.
• Align styling with brand strategy and merchandising to maximize conversion and loyalty.
• Oversee styling for campaigns, lookbooks, product imagery, video, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Marketing, Design and Merchandising for cohesive looks.
