The role focuses on personal service, relationship building, and clear communication in a fast-paced retail environment. You will participate in training, present and educate customers on Ready to Wear and Custom-Made options, and strive to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or service roles.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to develop brand-aligned skills.
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and Suitsupply products.
• Apply professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store metrics.
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines.
• Uphold store standards and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
