Job summary

Suitsupply in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Style Advisor for our new store opening at Shops at Clearfork. You bring energy, style, and a genuine passion for helping customers find great fits and looks.

The role focuses on personal service, relationship building, and clear communication in a fast-paced retail environment. You will participate in training, present and educate customers on Ready to Wear and Custom-Made options, and strive to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or service roles.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to develop brand-aligned skills.
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and Suitsupply products.
• Apply professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store metrics.
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines.
• Uphold store standards and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Job description

As a Style Advisor, you have a contagious energy and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a strong sense of your own personal style and are enthusiastic about dressing people. You have an opinion and share that with others through genuine and straight to the point communication. Style Advisors are excited to build relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction.

What you will do:

• Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop your expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Building relationships to increase client’s loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
• Ensure all store standards and operations are to company standards
• Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team

Who you are:

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Performs successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
